Arts on the Square ScrantonAn afternoon absorbing the amazing talent flourishing in Lackawanna County awaits as Arts on the Square revisits Downtown Scranton July 25. The areas finest converge on Courthouse Square noon to 8 p.m. for this free festival set to stimulate the senses stirring enthusiasm for the arts.

Fine art, Performing Art, Culinary Art—you name! From musicians and performing artists, to family friendly activities all set to fill stages and throughout the venue. 

Lackawanna County Deputy Director of Arts & Culture Maureen McGuigan applauds the event now in its third year noting, “It [Arts on the Square] showcases so much about what is great about Lackawanna County.”

With “Unique downtown boutique shops” open throughout the day enhancing the cultural ambiance she adds, “People can really make a day out of it!”
