Pocono State Craft Festival Returns this Weekend August 20 & 21 to Quiet Valley

Celebrate “the heritage, beauty and quality of Pennsylvania Crafts” as Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm hosts the exquisite experience of the 30th annual Pocono State Craft Festival August 20 and August 21.

Co-sponsors Pocono Arts Council and the Pocono Chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen applaud talented artisans sharing the spotlight with exquisite works including fine jewelry, baskets, stained glass, pottery and so much more. Demonstrations captivate patrons with craftsmen on hand to discuss and illustrate the creative process from raw material to finished product.

Hosting the festivities since 2008, Quiet Valley’s Deb DiPasquale considers the event, “A culturally enriching weekend,” adding, “The farm makes a beautiful setting.”

Forecasting fun for the entire family finds an interactive children’s area and fine festival foods. Enjoy the sounds of Saturday’s Bluegrass and Gospel music courtesy of the Lost Ramblers with Dixieland sounds Sunday.

Pocono State Craft Festival runs rain or shine from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday returning 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $6 with children 12 and under FREE.
